My passion for movement and understanding the body have propelled me to the continual search and in depth learning of ways to work and strengthen the human body.
Exploring our physical capabilities through different forms of movement evolves our mental strength to recognise movement patterns that sometimes work in favour of our physical benefit and other times hinder what our bodies are capable of doing, changing and improving these patterns is what i try to do. Each individual has his/her own shape and capability and that is what we work on. In that way, it is individual attention that every SPIRAL visitor will receive.

Introducing BARRE WORK to our timetable
We are so excited to introduce barre work to our timetable, booty barre and barre tone! our teachers who have a background in dance and pilates will take you through an intense routine that sums up elements from ballet barre training, pilates-yoga and cardio intervals to melt away fat. The results are fantastic: long lean muscles, a toned physique and great flexibility.
