private sessions

one-on-one sessions are the most effective way to focus on your unique needs, injuries or personal concerns. during these sessions you will have the opportunity to utilize all the pilates apparatuses (reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels) in addition to incorporating pilates mat work. this session is highly recommended for first time clients and people who want to receive the full benefit of the pilates method.

intro package (compulsory for those who have never taken a pilates class)

ideal for clients who have not done pilates before. the introductory package includes five private lessons and five group classes. it is designed to give a broad overview of our group and private lessons with emphasis on the pilates principles and techniques. it is the best way to start your pilates practice, especially if your original intention was to join the group classes. it will provide you with the knowledge needed to achieve the most out of your workout in a group setting.

the five group classes will be beginners level and your instructor will guide you according to your physical needs as to which classes are suitable for you. you will enjoy this package with a ten percent

semi-private sessions (double up)

an opportunity to explore your own individual pilates programme while receiving technical input from a shared instructor.

group classes (all group classes are limited to four participants)

tower class

the tower or the wall unit has nearly all the same capabilities of a cadillac, which is an apparatus joseph pilates original designed. a tower class will often begin with some mat work, then onto using the tower unit which has arm and leg springs and a wooden frame to assist in spine stretching and articulation. many clients like tower classes because they are an affordable way of having access to the equipment.

the format of the class has a progressive flow where all the clients are performing the same exercises. the exercises in a tower class will strengthen and stretch your muscles as all pilates exercises do. tower classes help you to understand your body, how it stretches and moves with the aid of the tower unit. it improves muscle weakness, builds alignment, muscular balance and aerobic flowing movements.

spring circuit

this class features a sequence of heart pumping exercises which build strength and burn calories. the exercises are from the classic repetoire done at a certain pace to help you improve  your stamina. it is a circuit-style workout done on the various apparatus to help you tone your entire body.

pilates for back health

a combination of exercises done on mat and apparatus and various props which strengthen deep core muscles to support the back and stabilize the pelvis, in turn improves alignment posture and helps to relieve back problems.

body sculpt

this class is a total body sculpting workout that includes effective moves to reshape your body and improve your fitness. you will enjoy the benefits of the various apparatus with special emphasis on toning trouble areas.

private sessions are one hour long and group classes are fifty- five minutes each
it is advised to reserve a spot in classes as most are limited to 4 people and fill up fast
classes and or teachers are subject to change
